Reheating Instructions

Our food is prepared fresh to be delicious and resounding with flavor for the holiday. Follow these easy instructions to enjoy our holiday foods to their fullest.

Since every stove is slightly different, we have given a range of times to reheat our dishes. Try heating the minimum time suggested and then check every few minutes until food has reached desired heat.

IMPORTANT: All foods should be brought to room temperature 30-45 minutes before reheating.

HOT CRAB DIP
350˚covered with foil for 30-45 mins.
STUFFED MUSHROOMS; BBQ SHRIMP WRAPPED IN BACON
350˚uncovered with for about 10 mins.
MINI MEAT KNISHES
350˚ - uncovered- for approx. 20 mins. *Note: Brush on Egg Wash before baking
1 KILO BRIE
Gently heat at 350˚for 15 minutes in serving pan
SLICED HERB-ENCRUSTED TURKEY BREAST
350˚covered for 25-30 mins.
WHOLE ROASTED TURKEY
To keep turkey moist, baste with pan juices, cover and bake at 325˚-
check after 1 hour (the length of time depends on size of turkey)
ROASTED TURKEY LEGS
325˚covered 20-30 mins.
BAKED BONELESS HAM
Cover and bake at 325˚until hot – about 45 minutes
STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST
350˚ - uncovered- for 25-30 mins.
ORANGE-GLAZED HALF DUCKLING
350˚uncovered for 15 minutes
ORANGE ROUGHY FILET topped w/ SPINACH, FETA, SUNDRIED TOMATOES
Cover and bake at 350˚for 15 minutes
STUFFINGS
Cover and bake at 350˚for 30 minutes, but uncover if you desire a crispy top
STRING BEAN CASSEROLE
Cover and bake at 350˚for 15 minutes. Take out and top w/ fried onions
CORN PUDDING
Cover and bake at 350˚for 15 minutes
VEGETABLE SIDE DISHES
350˚ - 15 minutes
OVEN-ROASTED YUKON GOLD POTATOES; SWEET POTATO WEDGES,
MASHED POTATOES; SWEET POATO CASSEROLE
350˚ - uncovered - 20-25 minutes
CANDIED SWEET POTATOES
Cover and bake at 350˚for 15 minutes
APPLE BROWN BETTY
350˚ - uncovered - 10-15 minutes
CHEESE BISCUITS
Keep at room temperature. Do not refrigerate. Bake at 350˚for 15 minutes
