Reheating Instructions

Our food is prepared fresh to be delicious and resounding with flavor. Follow these easy instructions to enjoy our foods to their fullest. 

Since every stove is slightly different, we have given a range of times to reheat our dishes. Try heating the minimum time suggested and then check every few minutes until food has reached desired heat.  

IMPORTANT: All foods should be brought to room temperature 30-45 minutes before reheating.

CHICKEN 

  • Rosemary & Garlic Roasted Chicken: 350˚ covered for ½ hr.; uncovered for 10-15 mins. 
  • Boneless Stuffed Chicken Breast: 350˚ uncovered – 25-30 minutes 
  • Chicken Marsala: 325˚covered for 25-30 mins. 
  • Chicken Parmesan: 350˚ covered – 15-20 minutes 
  • Chicken Francaise: 350˚ covered – 15-20 minutes 
  • Pesto Chicken: 350˚ covered – 15-20 minutes 
  • BBQ Chicken Pieces: 350˚ uncovered – 15-25 minutes (Breasts need longer time than other pieces) 
  • Oriental Chicken Pieces: 350˚ uncovered – 15-25 minutes (Breasts need longer time than other pieces) 
  • Rotisserie Chicken: 350˚covered for 25-30 mins. 
  • Fried Chicken: 350˚ uncovered – 15-25 minutes (Breasts need longer time than other pieces) 
  • Chicken Tenders: 350˚ uncovered – 8-10 minutes 
  • Chicken Wings: 350˚ uncovered – 8-10 minutes
  • Roasted Half Long Island Duckling w/ Orange Marmalade Glaze: 350˚ uncovered – 15 minutes 

TURKEY 

  • Herb-Encrusted Turkey Breast w/ Gravy: 350˚covered for 25-30 mins. 
  • Whole Roasted Turkey: To keep turkey moist, baste with pan juices, cover and bake at 325˚-  check after 1 hour (the length of time depends on size of turkey)
  • Roasted Turkey Legs: 325˚covered for 20-30 mins. 

BEEF, LAMB, PORK 

  • Brisket w/ Gravy: 325˚covered 15-20 mins. 
  • Glazed Corned Beef: 325˚covered 15-20 mins. 
  • Marinated & Grilled Tenderloin: 325˚covered 10-15 mins. 
  • Marinated & Grilled Flank Steak: 350˚- covered- for 15-20 mins. 
  • Stuffed Cabbage: 350˚ - covered- for 25-30 mins. 
  • Meatloaf: 350˚ - covered- for 25-30 mins. 
  • Meatballs: 350˚ - covered- for 15-20 mins. 
  • Lamb Chops: 350˚ - covered- for 10-12 mins.
  • Baked Boneless Ham: 325˚covered until hot - about 45 mins. 

 
FISH & SEAFOOD 

  • Salmon: 350˚ - a little water or broth in pan-15-25 mins. 
  • Grilled Shrimp: 350˚ covered for 4-6 mins. 
  • Coconut Shrimp: 350˚ - uncovered – 15 minutes 
  • Grilled  Sea Scallops: 350˚ - uncovered – 4-6 minutes 
  • Herb Crusted Tilapia: 350˚ covered for 15 mins. 
  • Orange Roughy Filet topped w/ Spinach, Feta & Sundried Tomatoes: 350˚ covered for 15 mins. 
  • Crab Cakes: 350˚ - uncovered – 10-12 minutes

POTATOES 

  • Oven Roasted Redskins, Yukon Golds, Sweet Potato Wedges, Sweet Potato Casserole: 350˚ - uncovered - 15-20 minutes 
  • Mashed Potatoes: 350˚ covered for 20-25 mins 
  • Candied Sweet Potatoes: 350˚ covered for 15 mins 
  • Potato Kugel: 350˚ covered for 15 mins.; uncovered for 15 mins. 
  • Potato Latkes: 350˚ - uncovered - 15-20 minutes 

 
PASTA 

  • Meat or Vegetable Lasagna: 350˚ covered 40-50 minutes 
  • Macaroni & Cheese: 350˚ covered 25-35 minutes 
  • Baked Ziti: 350˚ covered 25-35 minutes 
  • Noodle Kugel: 350˚ covered for 15 mins.; uncovered for 15 mins. 
  • Couscous: 350˚ covered 10 minutes 
  • Rice Dishes: 350˚ covered 15-20 minutes –or- Microwave, covered 

STUFFINGS
350˚ covered 30 minutes, but uncover if you desire a crispy crust 

CORN PUDDING 
350˚ covered 15 minutes

STRING BEAN CASSEROLE
350˚ covered 15 minutes. Take out and top w/ fried onions

VEGETABLE SIDE DISHES 
350˚ covered 15 minutes –or- Microwave, covered  

CHEESE BISCUITS
Keep at room temperature. Do not refrigerate. Bake at 350˚ for 15 minutes.

STUFFED PORTOBELLO MUSHROOMS 
350˚ - covered- for 20-30 mins.

QUESADILLAS – all varieties 
350˚ - uncovered – 10-15 minutes

QUICHE 
350˚ - uncovered - 15 minutes

BREAD PUDDING 
350˚ - covered- for 15 mins.

APPLE BROWN BETTY
350˚ - uncovered – 10-15 minutes
